Tofu Chocolate Mousse
from this recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 package Medium Tofu
- 100 g chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons honey or other sweetener of choice
Instructions:
-- Melt chocolate in microwave
-- put everything in blender, blend until smooth.
-- Put in containers, it's better refrigerated I think.
